Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and service agreements between Revivme Massage ("we," "us," or "our") and the client or company requesting services ("you" or "the Client"). By booking our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Services
Revivme Massage provides professional on-site chair massage services for offices, corporate events, trade shows, weddings, and other private events throughout South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. All sessions are fully clothed and oil-free.
2. Certification & Insurance
All Revivme Massage therapists are certified and insured in accordance with the rules, regulations, and laws set forth by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. Proof of valid certification and insurance is maintained on file for each therapist.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing the following at no additional cost:
- A quiet, accessible space large enough to accommodate the requested number of massage chairs
- A working electrical outlet and adequate lighting in the designated massage area
- Access to the designated space at least 20 minutes before the contracted start time for setup, and at least 20 minutes after the contracted end time for breakdown and cleaning
4. Service Hours & Therapist Breaks
Revivme Massage therapists will be available for service during the contracted hours. Each therapist is entitled to a 15-minute paid break for every 3-hour increment they are in service. The timing of breaks is at the therapist's discretion and does not reduce the contracted service time.
5. Session Duration
Standard chair massage sessions run 15 minutes per guest. Revivme Massage reserves 1 minute between each session for sanitization and preparation for the next guest. Session length may be adjusted by mutual agreement prior to the event.
6. Rates & Payment
Revivme Massage charges by the hour, per therapist. The contracted rate is due regardless of the number of guests who receive massages during the event. Our standard rates are:
- Office & Corporate: $110 per therapist, per hour (2-hour minimum)
- Bridal Package: $250 per therapist (2-hour package)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and personal or business checks. The remaining balance for services is due at the end of the day on the day of service.
7. Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to your event in order to schedule services and secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
8. Gratuity
Revivme Massage therapists are permitted to receive gratuities directly from guests for services provided. A minimum gratuity of 10% of the service total (or $20 per therapist, whichever is greater) is expected and will be included in your final invoice.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 72 hours before the event: Full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit
- Between 72 and 48 hours before the event: 75% refund of the total booking amount
- Less than 48 hours before the event: 50% refund of the total booking amount
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund — full booking amount is forfeited
- Events with 5 or more therapists: A 10% non-refundable fee applies to any cancellation or change, regardless of when it is made
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Revivme Massage reserves the right to cancel services due to unsafe working conditions, therapist illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
10. Liability
Revivme Massage and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the event space is safe and accessible for our therapists and equipment.
11. Changes to These Terms
Revivme Massage reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
